Product Overview:

This series of Hot Bar soldering platforms is an automated multi-pin soldering system capable of processing arbitrary single-point or multi-pin joints. It supports optional integrations such as CCD magnification vision systems and automatic solder feeding device. It is easy to operate and does not require specialized training. Simply place the product on the soldering platform, press the start button, and wait for the soldering to complete!

Working Principle: During soldering, pressure is applied to the soldering area, followed by rapid heating and cooling. This can prevent tombstoning (component lifting) and cold solder joints of the soldering area. Through temperature feedback closed-loop control combined with pressure monitoring, soldering parameters are precisely controlled in real-time, ensuring excellent repeatability and achieving high-quality production.
