Product Overview:
This electronic micro-spot welder integrates advanced pressure sensors and electronic control systems to precisely regulate output voltage, soldering duration and applied pressure. It utilizes a built-in current monitor to inspect the quality of every weld in real-time. It is suitable for soldering enamel-insulated wires (Ø0.02–0.30mm) or metallic wires, and can directly solder enamel-insulated wires, metallic wires, metal strips, metal sheets, solar cells, etc. It is widely adopted for micro-component junction soldering in mass production of: SMT inductors & transformers, micro-acoustic components, HF communication devices, contactless IC cards, watch coils, and encapsulated modules.
